Technical Exchange with SUBARU Corporation
We welcomed members of the Mold Maintenance team from SUBARU Corporation to ISK and held a technical exchange focused on our approach to mold maintenance, servicing, repair, and restoration.
During the visit, we introduced our comprehensive approach to mold manufacturing, including the maintenance and repair of molds manufactured by other companies in addition to the production of new molds.
We also shared our cross-functional approach, in which members from design, sales, machining, and finishing departments discuss issues together while examining the actual molds on site. In addition, we introduced our efforts to improve efficiency through the standardization and documentation of maintenance processes.
We received valuable feedback and insights from SUBARU, making the exchange a highly meaningful opportunity for both companies.
At ISK, we will continue to enhance our technical capabilities and deliver greater value to our customers by leveraging our strengths in on-site expertise centered around mold maintenance and cross-functional collaboration for solving technical challenges.
