We do not handle personal information that goes beyond the scope necessary to accomplish the purpose of its use, and we take measures in order to enforce this restriction.

We shall keep the personal information of our customers accurate and up-to-date, and shall take necessary measures such as maintaining the security system, putting a system of management in place, and thoroughly educating employees in order to prevent unauthorized access, loss, damage, forgery, leakage, or similar problems with personal information. We shall implement safety measures and engage in stringent management of personal information.

Use of Personal Information

With respect to personal information we have received from our customers, we shall either use email or physically send documents for communications, business information, and answers to customer questions.

We shall properly manage personal information collected from customers and shall not disclose personal information to any third parties unless.

When a customer wishes to view, edit, delete, or otherwise access his or her own personal information, we will respond after confirming the identity of the individual.

Along with complying with Japanese laws and other regulations applying to the possession of personal information, we shall revise this policy as necessary and strive toward its improvement.
